Suitable for past Letz Live participants who are interested in working on a paid-casual basis for Letz Live. You will be responsible for spreading the message of Letz Live Gap Year benefits far and wide. Our head office is based on the Gold Coast, with a team across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Your Role:

Guide and Support: Be the guiding star for our participants! From their first click on the application to their safe return, you’ll be their go-to person, ensuring a seamless and supportive journey.
Documentation Dynamo: With your keen eye for detail, manage and verify important documents, keeping the Letz Live spirit of efficiency alive and thriving.
Communication Champion: You’re not just a coordinator; you’re the voice and ears of Letz Live. Whether it’s via telephone, email, live chat, or text, your stellar communication skills will shine, handling enquiries with warmth and professionalism.
Global Presenter: Whether it’s hosting engaging sessions, both virtually and in-person, or shining at expos, your charisma and confidence will inspire and inform, at home and overseas.
Process Pro: Navigate through our well-crafted guidelines with ease, ensuring every participant’s journey is smooth, consistent, and always on schedule.
Orientation Orchestrator: Welcome our participants with open arms during in-country orientations across NZ, Australia, and beyond, ensuring their experience is nothing short of extraordinary.
Versatile Contributor: Beyond your core responsibilities, your adaptability will see you effortlessly supporting other business areas, a true team player!

Your Background:
