Letz Live is dedicated to providing our clients with a value-for-money experience. By partaking in a Letz Live Gap placement, you will not only benefit from the range of services inclusive of our Participation Fee, but you will also gain the invaluable support and guidance from our own personal experiences as Gap assistants in previous years.
On submission of your online application, you will be invited to finalise a Preparation Fee of $99.00*. This Preparation Fee is a one-off non-refundable payment and is payable by credit card only. This fee covers the high costs of processing your application and contributes towards your pre-screening and face-to-face interviews with the Letz Live recruitment team. Interviews are usually held at a mutually convenient location or via Skype / telephone following the application closing date.
Following your interviews with the Letz Live recruitment team, should your application be successful and you are offered a placement abroad with Letz Live, a Participation Fee of $2749.00* will be charged upon confirmation of your placement. To verify to us that you are committed to undertake a Gap placement abroad, you will need to sign an agreement between yourself, Letz Live, and the relevant boarding school**.

We don't believe in charging you extra, unnecessary fees for certain things that you may be able to find cheaper. Therefore, we should highlight that your Participation Fee does not include:

** Your Participation Fee is due 14 days after the Gap agreements have been issued.
*** Letz Live currently offers escorted travel (ex. Australia) to the United Kingdom and Thailand (for Asia placements excluding China) every January, and escorted travel to China every February and August. Canadian placements travel to Los Angeles where they partake orientation with our USA based team before continuing onto Canada.
